Menopalz provides non-clinical education, coaching, lifestyle guidance, and community support related to menopause and midlife wellness.

Menopalz does not:

provide medical diagnosis

provide medical treatment

prescribe or adjust medications

interpret labs or clinical data

deliver telehealth or medical care

act as a healthcare provider

Any clinical Q&A sessions are for educational purposes only and are not medical advice. Users are responsible for consulting their own licensed healthcare providers for medical concerns.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:

Harass, harm, threaten, or abuse others

Share false, misleading, or defamatory information

Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality

Attempt to access accounts or systems without permission

Use the Services to provide medical advice or clinical recommendations to others

Menopalz may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Menopalz does not guarantee outcomes or results from participation in coaching, workshops, or community engagement.

Menopalz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Menopalz does not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access to Services

Your use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk

If liability is ever found, it is limited to the amount paid to Menopalz in the previous 12 months.
