These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, application, community features, tracking tools, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by menoPalz ("menoPalz," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, including the arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 16, do not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Services are not directed to, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.
2. Accounts and Account Security
To access certain features, you will need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@menopalz.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us (e.g., account notices, service updates, password reset emails). These communications are part of your relationship with us and satisfy any requirement that such communications be in writing.
3. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you, including any health-related or symptom information you choose to share with us. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4. Nature of the Services; Health Disclaimer
menoPalz provides educational content, community forums, self-tracking tools, and related wellness resources related to menopause and midlife health. menoPalz is not a healthcare provider, and the Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, and it should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
You should always consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, symptoms, or treatment, and before making any changes to your healthcare regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or accessed through menoPalz. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
5. User Content and License
The Services may allow you to create, post, store, and share content, including community posts, comments, symptom logs, journal entries, and other materials ("User Content"). As between you and menoPalz, you retain ownership of your User Content. By posting User Content, you grant menoPalz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Services (for example, to display your community posts to other users, or to power your personal tracking dashboard).
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to post it and that it does not violate these Terms, any applicable law, or the rights of any third party.
We do not sell your personally identifiable User Content, and we do not use your individually identifiable health-related entries to train generalized third-party AI models without your explicit consent, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
6. Community Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct
menoPalz is a supportive community. When using the Services, including any community, forum, or messaging features, you agree that you will NOT:
Harass, threaten, intimidate, or demean any other user;
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with menoPalz;
Post medical claims presented as fact, promote unproven or dangerous treatments, or provide medical advice you are not qualified to give;
Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or unrelated commercial content;
Attempt to access another user's account without authorization;
Reverse engineer, scrape, or use automated tools to extract data from the Services without our written consent;
Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights;
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security or proper functioning of the Services; or
Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

7. Subscriptions and Payment (If Applicable)
If menoPalz offers paid subscriptions or premium features:
Billing. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for that period unless required by law.
Free Trials. We may offer free trials for certain features. Unless stated otherwise, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Changes to Pricing. We may change subscription pricing from time to time, with advance notice provided before the change applies to you.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content contained therein (excluding User Content), including text, graphics, logos, and software (collectively, "menoPalz Content"), are owned by or licensed to menoPalz and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or menoPalz Content, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, unless permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Content and Services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, content, or services that are not owned or controlled by menoPalz. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and them, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about menoPalz or the Services ("Feedback"), you agree that such Feedback is non-confidential and that menoPalz may use it for any purpose, including to improve the Services, without any obligation or compensation to you.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MENOPALZ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 4, THE SERVICES DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, AND MENOPALZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HEALTH-RELATED DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MENOPALZ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MENOPALZ IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless menoPalz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Navada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
16. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court or disputes seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement, you and menoPalz agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
Class Action Waiver. You and menoPalz agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@menopalz.com with your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
(menoPalz should specify the arbitration provider, rules, and venue for arbitration proceedings — e.g., AAA or JAMS — before publishing this policy.)
17. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date, and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and menoPalz regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
